Affiliate Manager – iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Create and implement affiliate marketing strategies specifically designed for South Asian and SEA crypto casino audiences.

• Foster player acquisition, increase deposits (both crypto and fiat-to-crypto), and drive revenue growth.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, media buyers, streamers, influencers, and crypto-centric partners within target markets.

• Manage and enhance relationships with existing affiliates.

• Negotiate RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid commission structures, along with contracts and promotional agreements.

• Track affiliate performance using monitoring platforms and optimize campaigns to enhance ROI.

• Stay updated on trends in crypto casinos, iGaming, and Web3 gambling, as well as competitor affiliate programs and relevant game/product launches.

• Ensure that affiliate marketing initiatives adhere to local regulations, licensing standards, and responsible gambling protocols.

• Provide consistent reports on affiliate performance, player acquisition, and revenue metrics to leadership.

• Collaborate with marketing, VIP/CRM, product, and compliance teams.

• Address affiliate queries, disputes, and payment issues, including cryptocurrency payouts.

• Establish and manage local, native-language affiliate networks.

• Represent the brand at regional iGaming and affiliate conferences and events throughout Asia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.

• Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming, crypto casino, or online betting (B2C) sectors.

• A robust existing network of affiliates and partners in South Asia and/or Southeast Asia is highly desirable.

• Strong grasp of crypto payments, wallets, and blockchain-based gambling platforms.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in a regional language (Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Bahasa, or Thai) is an added advantage.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Analytical mindset, comfortable with affiliate tracking software and performance data to inform decisions.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple partners and priorities across different time zones.

• Familiarity with compliance and legal aspects of iGaming/crypto affiliate marketing in the region is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel within the region for partner meetings and industry events.
