Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead affiliate marketing efforts aimed at customer acquisition and revenue enhancement.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners in targeted markets.

• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates, offering continuous support and guidance.

• Create promotional campaigns and incentives to engage partners and optimize performance.

• Oversee affiliate budgets, ROI, and KPIs, while continuously enhancing performance.

• Analyze affiliate results and deliver actionable, data-driven suggestions.

• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities, transforming insights into growth opportunities.

• Ensure precise financial tracking and provide reports and insights to senior affiliate management.

• Ensure that affiliate activities adhere to program policies and relevant industry regulations.

• Collaborate with various departments to synchronize affiliate needs with commercial goals.

• Mentor Junior Affiliate Managers by sharing expertise and best practices.

• Manage delegated projects from conception to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming sector.

• Experience in managing affiliates across multiple international markets, preferably with extensive global exposure.

• Familiarity with unregulated markets.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.

• Comprehensive understanding of the online gaming industry, affiliate marketing trends, and regulatory standards.

• Capability to develop and implement affiliate strategies that align with broader business objectives.

• Strong analytical abilities and confidence in using data to assess and enhance affiliate performance.

• Practical experience with affiliate management platforms, such as MyAffiliates.

• Familiarity with analytical tools like SimilarWeb.

• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for ongoing improvement.

• Resume/CV submitted in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Knowledge of Malay and/or Chinese (preferred).

• Experience in SEO and competitor analysis (preferred).

• Understanding of financial reporting and invoicing processes (preferred).

• Awareness of global affiliate marketing best practices (preferred).
