Affiliate Care & Education Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated affiliate pregnancy centers and ministries that utilize mobile medical units.

• Build and nurture relationships with affiliate executive directors, mobile managers, staff, and ministry representatives.

• Maintain proactive communication through telephone, email, virtual meetings, and various other channels.

• Assess affiliate needs, offer support, share resources, and assist with inquiries related to mobile ministry.

• Deliver customer care to affiliates, respond to inquiries, and help resolve any issues.

• Offer Christian encouragement and prayer support as needed.

• Promote collaborative learning among mobile ministry affiliates by leading monthly ICU Mobile Fleet Meetings.

• Provide guidance on mobile unit operations, outreach strategies, and best practices for mobile ministry.

• Assist with logistics such as scheduling, locations, church and community outreach, mobile workflow, client services, and other mobile ministry operations.

• Identify operational needs and develop practical solutions for effective and sustainable outreach.

• Serve as a liaison between affiliates and ICU Mobile/Care Net teams.

• Coordinate technical, logistical, educational, and operational support.

• Monitor affiliate concerns until resolved and maintain ongoing communication.

• Identify recurring questions and challenges, relaying them to the Director of Mobile Operations.

• Assist with educational resource content and systems management, including portal articles, webinars, Bookstore resources, and Care Net University courses.

• Carry out assigned responsibilities at Care Net National Conference and ICU Mobile Annual Conference.

• Engage in designated events, meetings, speaking engagements, and representative activities.

• Support affiliate training events and conferences.

• Aid in the preparation of ICU Mobile progress reports.

• Contribute to special projects as needed.

• Maintain affiliate contact records within HubSpot.

• Analyze trends, challenges, and opportunities within affiliate programs.

• Provide leadership feedback to enhance and expand the affiliate network.

• Collect stories and testimonials highlighting lives transformed through mobile outreach.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in pregnancy center and/or mobile medical ministry.

• Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to resolve issues and address complaints effectively.

• Strong sales and marketing capabilities.

• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in public speaking and on-camera presentations.

• Strong written communication and editing abilities.

• Solid analytical skills.

• Familiarity with Google Suite applications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new applications and troubleshoot effectively.

• Capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Competence in engaging with diverse cultures, Christian denominations, backgrounds, and traditions.

• Willingness to travel periodically, including to the Care Net National Conference and ICU Mobile Annual Conference.

• Four years of college education or equivalent experience in pregnancy center leadership.

• Committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

• Commitment to the pro-life position and related sexual purity/health issues.

• Agreement to uphold Care Net’s Statement of Faith, Vision/Mission, Core Values, and Employee Conduct Policy.

• Preferred: five years of experience in customer service, content development, office administration, management, pregnancy center ministry, or a related field.

• Preferred: experience with cloud-based databases and data entry.

• Preferred: Master's Degree or nonprofit leadership certification.

• Preferred: basic understanding of mobile medical unit operations.
