Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peel, and at-home facial treatments in accordance with Pinch's clinical standards.

• Develop a client base utilizing Pinch marketing strategies and personal connections.

• Provide services to clients and transform first-time visitors into loyal customers.

• Establish and oversee a flexible schedule, averaging 10–20 hours each week.

• Leverage Pinch marketing tools for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Oversee inventory and maintain precise, timely client documentation.

• Act as a representative for Pinch within the local community and enhance brand awareness.

• Serve a minimum of 5 clients on a monthly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid APRN license in Washington DC.

• Certification in injectables, or a commitment to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• If new to injectables, availability to fully attend in-person training sessions.

• Authentic passion for aesthetics and a desire to help clients feel their best.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to expand your own practice.

• Previous aesthetics experience or an established patient network is advantageous.

• Willingness to explore growth through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more is a plus.
