Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in accordance with Pinch's clinical guidelines.

• Develop a client base by leveraging Pinch marketing strategies and personal connections.

• Serve a minimum of 5 clients each month while converting first-time clients into repeat customers.

• Establish and manage a flexible schedule that averages between 10–20 hours per week.

• Utilize Pinch marketing resources to enhance outreach, client retention, and referral programs.

• Oversee supply management and ensure accurate and timely client record keeping.

• Act as a representative of Pinch and enhance brand recognition within the local community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid APRN license in Virginia.

• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• Availability for in-person training if you are new to injectables.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to expand your own practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an established patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in participating in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and related opportunities is a plus.
