Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in accordance with Pinch's clinical standards.

• Establish a client base utilizing Pinch's marketing and personal connections.

• Treat a minimum of 5 clients each month.

• Convert first-time clients into repeat customers.

• Maintain a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week.

• Utilize Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals.

• Oversee supplies and ensure accurate and timely client record-keeping.

• Represent Pinch in local communities to enhance brand awareness.

• Complete required in-person training prior to starting if new to injectables or aesthetics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid APRN license in Virginia.

• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• Newer injectables providers must fully participate in an in-person training session.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to develop an independent practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an existing patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and related opportunities is a plus.
