Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely while adhering to the clinical standards set by Pinch.

• Establish a client base utilizing Pinch marketing and personal connections.

• Provide services to at least 5 clients each month.

• Successfully convert first-time clients into returning clients.

• Arrange a flexible schedule that averages between 10 and 20 hours weekly.

• Utilize Pinch marketing tools for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Oversee inventory and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of client records.

• Represent Pinch and foster brand awareness within the local community.

• Participate in mandatory in-person injectable training prior to commencing if new to injectables or aesthetics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid APRN license in Virginia.

• Certification in injectables or a willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• New injectables practitioners must be prepared to attend an in-person training session in its entirety.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to develop an independent practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an established patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar activities is a plus.
