Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely in accordance with Pinch's clinical standards.

• Establish a client base utilizing Pinch's marketing strategies as well as personal networks, transforming first-time clients into repeat customers.

• Create and oversee a flexible schedule averaging between 10 and 20 hours each week.

• Leverage Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Manage inventory and ensure accurate, timely documentation of client records.

• Represent Pinch within the local community and enhance brand awareness.

• Treat at least 5 clients monthly.

• Participate in mandatory in-person training if you are new to injectables or aesthetics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid APRN license in Pennsylvania.

• Certification in injectables, or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• If you are new to injectables, you must be available to attend in-person training in its entirety.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to develop your own practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an existing patient network is an advantage.

• Interest in growth through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more is a plus.
