Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments in accordance with Pinch's clinical guidelines.

• Develop a clientele utilizing Pinch's marketing strategies and personal networks.

• Provide services to at least 5 clients each month.

• Establish and oversee a flexible schedule, averaging 10–20 hours weekly.

• Represent Pinch and enhance visibility within the local community.

• Leverage Pinch's marketing resources for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Handle inventory and maintain precise, timely client documentation.

• Attend mandatory in-person injectables training if inexperienced in aesthetics.

• Collaborate with other Providers and engage in community events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid APRN license in Pennsylvania.

• Certification in injectables, or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• New injectors must commit to attending the in-person training in its entirety.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a desire to help clients look and feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to expand a personal practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an established patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in events, influencer initiatives, photoshoots, and related prospects is a plus.
