Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments in accordance with Pinch's clinical guidelines.

• Establish a clientele through Pinch marketing initiatives and personal connections.

• Serve a minimum of 5 clients each month.

• Maintain an average work schedule of 10–20 hours per week, managing your own hours.

• Utilize Pinch marketing resources for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Oversee inventory and ensure accurate and timely documentation of client records.

• Act as a representative of Pinch, enhancing brand awareness within the local community.

• Engage in mandatory in-person training as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active APRN license in Pennsylvania.

• Hold certification in injectables or be prepared to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• Newly qualified injectables practitioners must be available to fully attend in-person training.

• Display a genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients feel their best.

• Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to develop an independent practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an established patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar opportunities is considered a plus.
