Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely in accordance with Pinch's clinical standards.

• Develop a client base leveraging your personal network and transform first-time clients into loyal customers.

• Establish and oversee a flexible schedule averaging between 10–20 hours per week.

• Raise awareness for Pinch within the local community, including neighbors and businesses.

• Serve a minimum of 5 clients each month.

• Utilize Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Manage supplies effectively and maintain accurate and timely records for clients.

• Act as a Founding Provider for Pinch in the local community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current APRN license in Ohio.

• If new to injectables, must be available to attend an in-person training session in its entirety.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to develop your own practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an existing patient network is a plus.

• Interest in growth through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and additional opportunities is a bonus.
