Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide safe and high-quality concierge aesthetic care in the comfort of clients’ homes.

• Execute neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare treatments, and at-home facial services.

• Serve clients acquired through Pinch marketing initiatives and the provider’s personal connections.

• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain timely client records.

• Responsibly manage supplies.

• Adhere to Pinch protocols and clinical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team.

• Utilize the Pinch platform to retain clients, perform outreach, and expand the provider’s clientele.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active APRN license in Minnesota (full practice authority preferred).

• Experience with injectables, particularly neurotoxin injections.

• Ability to treat clients independently with confidence.

• Previous aesthetics experience in a clinical environment such as a med spa, dermatology, plastics, or concierge aesthetics.

• Strong communication skills with patients.

• A commitment to professionalism and safety.

• An existing client base or a strong aptitude for building one through networking is preferred.

• Interest in participating in events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community engagements is preferred.

• Availability to treat between 10 to 50 clients per month is preferred.
