This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments in accordance with Pinch's clinical standards.
• Establish a client base utilizing Pinch marketing strategies and personal connections.
• Provide services to a minimum of 5 clients each month.
• Create a flexible schedule that averages between 10 to 20 hours weekly.
• Utilize Pinch marketing resources for outreach, client retention, and referrals.
• Oversee supplies and ensure accurate, timely documentation of client records.
• Serve as a representative of Pinch and enhance community awareness.
• Complete required in-person training prior to starting if new to injectables or aesthetics.
• Possession of an active APRN license in Maryland.
• Certification in injectables, or willingness to achieve the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• New injectables candidates must commit to attending full in-person training.
• Authentic passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients feel their best.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ambition to expand an independent practice.
• Previous experience in aesthetics or an established patient network is advantageous.
• Interest in engaging with events, influencer initiatives, photoshoots, and similar opportunities is a plus.
• Flexibility to create a schedule that accommodates personal priorities.
• Support in clinical, supply, and legal matters.
• Live training for tox and virtual sessions for new injectors.
