Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely in accordance with Pinch's clinical guidelines.

• Cultivate a client base utilizing Pinch's marketing resources and personal networks.

• Aim to treat at least 5 clients monthly.

• Establish and oversee a flexible schedule, averaging 10–20 hours weekly.

• Utilize Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Manage inventory and keep precise, timely records for clients.

• Represent Pinch and enhance brand visibility within the local community.

• Participate in mandatory in-person injectables training if new to injectables or aesthetics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active APRN license in Maryland is required.

• Certification in injectables, or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• Newer injectables practitioners must be able to attend an in-person training session in its entirety.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to develop a personal practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or having an existing patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in growth through events, influencer initiatives, photoshoots, and other opportunities is a plus.
