Advisory Solution Consultant – Armis, Veza

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales.

• Direct revenue generation for a designated product with support from Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

• Offer technical and domain knowledge as part of a client-facing sales team.

• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify customer challenges.

• Present product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.

• Respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.

• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements that address customer needs.

• Share insights and best practices while utilizing reusable assets with other Solution Consultants.

• Keep up-to-date with competitive analysis and knowledge of market differentiation.

• Support executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

• Meet quarterly and annual sales objectives for a specified territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically assessing the integration of AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

• Over 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.

• Expertise in the ServiceNow platform or technical proficiency with cloud software solutions.

• Proven experience in collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.

• Skills in territory management, including pipeline development and collaboration with Sales counterparts.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
