Advisory Consultant – Raiser's Edge NXT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outcomes-driven consulting services to a varied portfolio of Raiser’s Edge NXT clients.

• Assess customer requirements and develop strategies to implement or enhance functionalities to meet their objectives.

• Engage with clients throughout their journey, from implementation to renewal.

• Assist customers with new software releases, adjustments in business processes, onboarding new team members, and optimizing subscription value.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and other service teams throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Influence the Advisory+ service by providing insights and expertise.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.

• Act as a subject matter expert during sales presentations to broaden the reach of Blackbaud Advisory+.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with, supporting, or consulting on RE7 and RENXT.

• Background in various fundraising areas, such as annual or major giving, is preferred.

• Comfortable interacting with key stakeholders and end-users.

• Proven experience in facilitating organizational change and advising clients.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of customer requirements.

• Capable of effectively managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage customer deliverables independently.
