This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive revenue and profitability within a designated territory.
• Promote and sell AVITA products and services to medical professionals and physicians.
• Provide education on RECELL®, Cohealyx®, PermeaDerm®, and other related offerings.
• Engage with targeted physicians in hospitals and clinics through meetings, presentations, conferences, and educational programs.
• Optimize call routes to maximize efficiency in the field.
• Develop, nurture, and expand customer relationships.
• Identify and seek out new customer acquisition opportunities.
• Design and implement marketing strategies, territory business plans, and presentations.
• Meet or surpass sales forecasts, targets, and allocated budgets.
• Collect and relay field intelligence to the Director of Sales.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive pricing and products.
• Collaborate on promotional initiatives with colleagues and partners.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, account records, expenses, and other administrative documentation.
• Participate in company-sponsored sales and medical conferences.
• Oversee company equipment and promotional materials.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional growth.
• Remain updated on health services activities within the assigned territory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Familiarity with the surgical and/or burn wound medical device market is preferred.
• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmacy sectors is desirable.
• Proficiency in clinical selling techniques.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and excelling among peers.
• Capability to adhere to universal precautions for infection control regarding bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases.
• Roles requiring Respiratory Protection Program compliance necessitate medical clearance and successful completion of a fit test for respirator use.
• Willingness to travel extensively, spending five days each week in the field.
