This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Prescribe medications to patients to help them overcome dependencies, adapt to life changes, or foster positive improvements for their psychiatric health.
• Prepare and maintain treatment documentation and reports for Joint Commission accreditation, insurance providers, and Adjuvant Behavioral Health operations.
• Assess clients’ physical or mental health based on the information provided by the client.
• Collaborate with team members to conduct clinical evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Refer patients, clients, or their families to ABH IOP, community resources, or specialists when necessary.
• Adjust treatment activities or strategies in response to changes in clients’ conditions.
• Complete all necessary administrative documentation for each client, including intake notes, progress notes, lab orders, and e-prescribing records.
• Coordinate prescriptive clinical services in alignment with Adjuvant’s clinical protocols.
• Report to the ABH Supervising Psychiatrist.
• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution.
• ANCC - Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification.
• Possess a valid DEA.
• NP or APRN with PMHNP certification (Psych/Mental Cert) is preferred.
