This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Prescribe medications to patients to support their recovery from dependencies, facilitate life adjustments, or promote positive psychiatric changes.
• Prepare and uphold treatment documentation and reports to ensure compliance with Joint Commission accreditation, insurance providers, and Adjuvant Behavioral Health operations.
• Assess clients' physical or mental health conditions based on provided information.
• Collaborate with team members on clinical evaluations and treatment strategies.
• Refer patients, clients, or their families to ABH IOP, community resources, or specialists as needed.
• Adjust treatment activities or methodologies in response to changes in clients' conditions.
• Complete all necessary administrative documentation for each client, including intake notes, progress notes, lab orders, and e-prescribing records.
• Deliver prescriptive clinical services in alignment with Adjuvant's clinical protocols.
• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from a recognized educational institution.
• ANCC certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP).
• Possess a valid DEA registration.
• Preferred: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with PMHNP certification (Psych/Mental Cert).
