📋 Description

• Deliver technology consulting services to both external clients and internal project teams.

• Offer technical support and guidance in the development and implementation of technology solutions.

• Foster and sustain productive customer relationships.

• Provide guidance on proposals, solution designs, system management, optimization, and modifications.

• Gather and analyze data to understand customer needs and requirements.

• Respond to customer inquiries for technical information.

• Develop customer technology solutions utilizing industry-standard products and technologies.

• Address complex technical challenges across various technologies.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to professional communities.

• Mentor others and create internal technical resources.

• Present at technology conferences catering to multiple customers.

• Assist in sales efforts, manage proposals, and contribute to bidding processes.

• Expand the company portfolio through existing customer opportunities and change management initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience, along with a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or a related field.

• Alternatively, three additional years of relevant professional experience (totaling 11+ years) if not holding a degree.

• Adequate technical expertise to design and outline multiple deliverables across various technologies.

• Proven track record of innovation and effective communication regarding new deliverables and offerings.

• Experience in leading teams across diverse technologies.

• Capability to develop solutions that enhance enterprise availability, performance, maintainability, and agility.

• Experience in contributing to the design and implementation of new tools.

• In-depth understanding of architectural dependencies in customer IT environments.

• Possession of vendor or industry certification in at least one discipline.

• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with senior management.

• Proficiency in diagnosing complex technical issues to their root causes.

• Broad understanding of market dynamics, commercial challenges, and technical concerns.

• Ability to lead requirements gathering, designs, planning, and estimations.

• Capability to produce comprehensive proposals for smaller projects.

• Extensive knowledge of other technical domains for complex integration tasks.

• Ability to independently execute solution implementation or application design deliverables.

• Experience in managing a team of consultants.

• Proficient in working within a multi-technology environment.
