📋 Description

• Deliver technology consulting services to both external clients and internal project teams.

• Offer technical support and guidance in the creation and execution of technology solutions.

• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on cutting-edge technologies and possess in-depth knowledge of relevant industries and domains.

• Influence the technical direction and strategies for the organization and its external clients.

• Contribute to achieving revenue, customer satisfaction, chargeability, and profitability objectives.

• Verify and implement comprehensive technical design solutions.

• Design enterprise solutions and analyze as well as develop technology solutions for enterprises.

• Lead technical evaluations and solution delivery; organize teams and manage various lifecycle stages.

• Oversee installations, designs, and migrations across networks, applications, or platforms.

• Provide advice on proposals, solution design, system management, tuning, and modifications.

• Gather data to identify customer needs and requirements.

• Respond to inquiries from customers regarding technical information.

• Develop customer technology solutions utilizing industry-standard products and technologies.

• Resolve complex technical issues across various technologies and innovate new methods as required.

• Facilitate and manage knowledge sharing within teams, practices, or projects.

• Mentor others and contribute to professional communities through publications and conferences.

• Engage in sales activities, manage bids, and provide relevant information to ensure successful sales outcomes.

• Prepare proposals for smaller projects and expand the company portfolio through new opportunities and change management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or a related degree in computer science or a related field; or an equivalent of three additional years of relevant experience if no degree is held (totaling 11+ years).

• Adequate depth and breadth of technical expertise to design and scope multiple deliverables across various technologies.

• Proven ability to innovate and effectively communicate new deliverables and offerings.

• Experience in leading teams to deliver multiple outputs across different technologies.

• Capability to develop solutions that enhance enterprise availability, performance, maintainability, and agility.

• Experience in contributing to the design and implementation of new tools.

• Thorough understanding of architectural dependencies within customer IT environments.

• Recognized proficiency in one or more technologies; vendor or industry certification in at least one specialization.

• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with senior management internally and externally.

• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues to their root causes and summarize prognosis and impact.

• A wide-ranging understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, commercial challenges, and technical concerns.

• Proficiency in presenting domain-specific information during customer sales presentations.

• Experience leading requirements gathering, design, planning, and estimation processes.

• Extensive knowledge of other technical areas for complex integration projects.

• Ability to work independently on solution implementation or application design deliverables.

• Ability to manage consultant teams completing deliverables related to solution requirements, architecture, or implementation.
