Adult Research Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Adhere to trial protocols, Case Report Forms, off-site manuals, supporting documents, procedures, timelines, and relevant SOPs for daily trial operations.

• Liaise with the Illingworth research nurse project manager, research nurse manager, site staff, and Principal Investigator.

• Ensure accurate documentation and electronic data transfer while maintaining subject confidentiality, GCP, and data protection compliance.

• Participate in Site Initiation Visits and other necessary multidisciplinary, project management, and client-facing meetings.

• Coordinate and execute on-site and off-site subject trial visits with the RN team.

• Carry out trial procedures and assessments in accordance with protocols and SOPs, ensuring data is collected accurately.

• Administer trial medication while managing its safe storage, transfer, and accountability.

• Process, package securely, and dispatch samples, collaborating with courier companies and organizations.

• Identify potentially eligible patients and assist in patient recruitment for clinical trials.

• Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and suspected unexpected serious adverse reactions, providing support for follow-up activities.

• Notify Illingworth and associated companies of any suspected misconduct or fraud.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered nurse with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.

• Experience in research and clinical trials, along with GCP certification.

• Familiarity with research design and methodology is preferred.

• Clinical nursing skills, such as Venepuncture and ECG, are advantageous.

• Capability to work independently with initiative within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Aptitude for prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficient in computer software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at minimum.

• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may also be considered.
