Adult Nutrition Acute Care Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Implement strategies to enhance sales and increase market share for Ensure®, Glucerna®, Juven®, and specialty product brands.

• Manage accounts in acute care settings, including wound clinics and podiatry offices.

• Carry out strategic sales initiatives aimed at surpassing set sales targets.

• Collaborate closely with the District Manager and interdisciplinary teams to implement the strategic account plan.

• Prioritize resource allocation to optimize return on investment.

• Utilize Abbott Nutrition promotional materials and clinical research to convey clinical and scientific advantages to targeted healthcare professionals.

• Plan and organize effectively to focus on key priorities.

• Oversee targeted hospital accounts and select outpatient clinics, including those in Oncology, Wound, and Bariatric areas.

• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Abbott products and articulate their clinical and economic benefits.

• Cover the DFW, West Texas, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa territories.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• 2-3+ years of sales or pertinent clinical experience is required.

• Experience selling to a diverse range of Health Care Professionals within a hospital setting.

• Clinical/Healthcare background (RN/RD) is preferred.

• Strong business insight demonstrated by a solid understanding of the healthcare landscape.

• Exceptional oral communication skills are necessary.

• Strong analytical capabilities are essential.

• Excellent organizational skills are required.

• The ideal candidate should reside within the DFW Metroplex.

• Ability to travel up to 30% is required.
