Adult Nutrition Acute Care Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Implement strategies to enhance sales and increase market share for Ensure®, Glucerna®, Juven®, and specialty products.

• Manage acute care accounts, wound care clinics, and podiatry practices.

• Carry out strategic sales initiatives to surpass set sales targets.

• Collaborate with the District Manager and interdisciplinary teams on strategic account planning.

• Allocate resources effectively to optimize return on investment.

• Utilize Abbott Nutrition promotional materials and clinical research to convey clinical and scientific product advantages to healthcare professionals.

• Organize and plan to ensure focus on key priorities.

• Oversee targeted hospital accounts and select outpatient clinics, including those in oncology, wound care, and bariatrics.

• Provide up-to-date and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Abbott products and articulate their clinical and economic advantages.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• 2-3+ years of sales or relevant clinical experience is necessary.

• Experience selling to a diverse range of Healthcare Professionals in a hospital environment.

• Clinical/Healthcare background (RN/RD) is preferred.

• Strong business acumen with an understanding of the healthcare landscape.

• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.

• Strong analytical abilities are required.

• Exceptional organizational skills are a must.

• The ideal candidate should be based in the DFW Metroplex.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.

• Must possess a personal vehicle or company car or truck.
