Adoption Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable enablement and activation initiatives for corporate and mid-market clients.

• Inform customers about best practices and expedite time-to-value for essential use cases.

• Cultivate in-depth product knowledge across the ElevenLabs platform, particularly with ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.

• Review customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setups to pinpoint gaps and suggest improvements.

• Monitor adoption metrics and collaborate with Revenue Operations to enhance reporting.

• Formulate data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks for the regional customer network.

• Collaborate with Account Management and CX on targeted adoption initiatives, regional workshops, and webinars.

• Coordinate with external implementation partners and internal teams to align adoption strategy throughout the customer journey.

• Work alongside leadership on initiatives that support the local GTM team and contribute to global outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth, or a related field.

• Background in an AI-native or highly technical organization with a substantial, low-touch client base.

• Familiarity with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or products aimed at developers.

• Proven history of creating adoption-centric programs from inception, including onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, and self-service content.

• Proficiency in developing automations and workflows using AI tools.

• Highly analytical, with the capability to recognize trends, close gaps, highlight opportunities, standardize best practices, and identify new data points.

• Ability to achieve cross-functional results without direct authority.

• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of clients at scale in the mid-market or commercial segment.

• Proficiency in English is a must.

• Knowledge of an additional European language (French, Spanish, German, or Polish) is preferred.
