Admissions Inquiry Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming patient inquiries through phone, email, web forms, and various other communication channels.

• Offer detailed program information and engage in discussions regarding insurance and financial matters.

• Direct interested families to the appropriate Specialist.

• Maintain accurate documentation of calls.

• Quickly respond to inquiries and direct them to the relevant departments.

• Gather patient information and input data into multiple platforms and systems.

• Arrange patient screening appointments and perform reminder calls.

• Assist patients and families seeking live communication.

• Address requests in a single contact or manage prolonged and complex issues accordingly.

• Enhance customer experience and handle emotions with meticulous attention to detail.

• Navigate initial barriers and motivate families and patients to proceed with the admissions process.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Part-time position requiring 20 hours per week.

• Availability needed Monday through Friday, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as call center representative, customer service representative, and/or patient scheduling.

• Proficiency in managing fast-paced, high-volume inbound calls.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams.

• Highly organized and results-oriented.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by rapid change and innovation.

• Competence in operating standard office equipment and keyboards.

• Capable of communicating effectively via telephone.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
