Admissions Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist the Admissions Director with client recruitment, development of referrals, and the operations of admissions.

• Engage in compassionate outreach to potential clients, their families, and referral sources, which includes providing 24-hour call coverage and follow-up.

• Handle incoming inquiries and maintain follow-up throughout the admissions procedure.

• Aid in conducting facility tours, implementing marketing strategies, and outreach to referral sources.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of client records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Work collaboratively with clinical, medical, and residential teams to facilitate smooth transitions during the admissions process.

• Make sure that all communications demonstrate dignity, respect, transparency, and sensitivity.

• Take part in training sessions, team meetings, and initiatives for quality improvement.

• A combination of pertinent education and professional experience will be evaluated.

• At least 2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or a related area.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a talent for establishing trust and rapport.

• Highly organized and proficient in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• A compassionate, ethical, and client-centered attitude.

• Experience in working with youth and families within behavioral health, residential treatment, or substance use recovery environments.

• Understanding of mental and behavioral health systems of care.

• Familiarity with CRM systems or admissions tracking software.
