
Administrative Assistant – Corporate Responsibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Corporate Responsibility Department.
• Support department personnel with administrative responsibilities, which include conducting internet-based and database research on companies, industries, organizational structures, histories, corporate policies and practices, contact information, and other pertinent matters.
• Execute clerical tasks such as managing databases, organizing files, compiling receipts, and processing expense reports.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, contact logs, and other tracking systems.
• Ensure the maintenance of electronic filing systems and accurate record retention.
• Assist in calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating calls and video conferences, preparing agendas and meeting materials, tracking action items, and monitoring deadlines.
• Help with the formatting of correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials for the department.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by a supervisor, director, or the President.
• A minimum of two years of college coursework or two years of experience in an office environment, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft CoPilot.
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and meet established timelines.
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills, data entry experience, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven strong interpersonal skills and capability to communicate across all levels within an organization.
• Demonstrated effective research capabilities.
• Proven ability to uphold strict confidentiality at all times.
• Openness to receiving and implementing feedback.
