Adjunct Faculty, Psychology Studies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct students remotely in the Psychology program.

• Engage students actively through regular interactions that inspire them to achieve success.

• Facilitate student collaboration and learning application through problem- and project-based activities.

• Offer consistent, constructive feedback and evaluate student submissions using established rubrics.

• Recognize and celebrate student achievements.

• Exhibit expertise in relevant and current subject matter.

• Assist students in linking concepts throughout their academic journey.

• Provide insights to the program chair regarding potential curricular enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a terminal degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited higher education institution.

• Relevant professional experience in Psychology or a related discipline.

• Teaching experience with adult learners online and in higher education is highly desirable.

• Successful completion of the online two-week new faculty orientation, FacDev 411, is a prerequisite for hiring.

• Submission of a Resume/Curriculum Vitae is required.

• A cover letter is strongly encouraged.

• Candidates holding international degrees may need to provide a translation/degree evaluation from a NACES approved vendor.
