This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver program instruction through an online platform
• Integrate innovative teaching methods, state-of-the-art technologies, and current industry trends
• Equip students with the essential skill set
• Facilitate discussions within the classroom
• Evaluate student performance
• Prepare students to become successful leaders in their selected profession
• Manage weekly primary discussion forums in the online classroom
• Comply with weekly grading standards, deadlines, and timelines
• Address students’ inquiries and emails within specified timeframes
• Uphold the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission
• Preferred: Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Leadership, Elementary Education, Learning and Teaching, Teaching Innovation, Educational Psychology, or Psychology
• Minimum: Master’s degree in Education
• Two areas of outstanding expertise
• Valid state certification for teaching in elementary education
• At least three years of experience as an elementary classroom teacher, elementary instructional specialist, 1-8 team lead, 1-8 department chair, elementary curriculum coach, or mentor for new 1-8 teachers
• A minimum of six graduate credits in educational psychology, human development, or child psychology
