Adjunct Assistant Professor, Nursing – MSN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a mentor, role model, and facilitator, offering guidance and academic assistance to students.

• Exhibit a passion for teaching and the educational process.

• Utilize skills and experience according to the designated teaching schedule.

• Engage in assessment activities for courses, curricula, and programs.

• Contribute to plans for continuous improvement.

• Enhance class materials and syllabi through shared governance processes.

• Utilize technologies and resources such as Simulation and Innovation Labs.

• In clinical environments, take charge of students, clarify expectations, guide clinical preparation, evaluate student knowledge and skills, facilitate discussions, and provide feedback on performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with online learning management systems.

• Adherence to state, federal, and local laws/regulations, as well as state Board of Nursing standards.

• A minimum of five years of prior experience as a registered nurse delivering direct patient care.

• At least three years of experience in the specific field taught.

• Education and experience must comply with state regulations and the rules of the state authorization agency.

• MSN is required.

• DNP or PhD is required.

• Professional nurse licensure is mandatory.
