Adherence Medical Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute outbound communications to enhance patient adherence and meet RPM engagement objectives.

• Motivate and inform patients to complete necessary physiological assessments each month.

• Conduct Interactive Communication calls to evaluate patient conditions and foster clinical involvement.

• Recognize and address adherence obstacles through educational and motivational support.

• Prioritize outreach efforts based on adherence levels and campaign necessities.

• Keep precise and compliant records of all patient interactions.

• Refer clinical concerns or patient issues to the relevant care teams.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams and AI outreach systems to facilitate effective patient engagement.

• Complete thorough training prior to independently assisting patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Medical Assistant license is required.

• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities are essential.

• A strong commitment to patient engagement and education is necessary.

• Moderate to advanced experience with EHR systems is preferred.

• Background in a medical or sales-oriented role is advantageous.

• Internet speed must be at least 50 Mbps for downloads and 15 Mbps for uploads.

• A hardwired internet connection is mandatory.

• Submission of a speed test is required during the offer process.

• A private, HIPAA-compliant workspace is essential.

• Successful completion of a four-week training program is required.

• Training must be attended Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

• Evening Differential: +$1.50/hour for hours worked post 7:00 PM.

• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus payable after 120 days of continuous employment, contingent upon active employment and satisfactory performance at the time of payout.

• Uncapped Monthly Bonus Potential averaging between $3,000 and $4,000.
