ADHD Clinical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the principal clinical authority for Evaro’s new ADHD pathway.

• Assess the readiness of the ADHD pathway for patient access.

• Approve the clinical framework, Decision Assistant rule sets, prescriber training requirements, and GP communication strategy prior to launch.

• Ensure compliance with NICE guidelines, UKAAN consensus statements, MHRA guidance, and controlled-drug prescribing regulations.

• Conduct monthly reviews following the launch.

• Provide guidance on complex clinical cases.

• Assist in refining the service based on initial patient outcomes.

• Develop the capability for Evaro’s internal team to function independently after the transition.

• Serve as Evaro’s designated and publicly recognized clinical authority.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered with the GMC as a doctor.

• Direct responsibility for an ADHD caseload, including diagnostics, assessment, and medication management in a specialist private, Right to Choose, or similar service within the last 3 years.

• In-depth understanding of NICE, UKAAN, MHRA, and other clinical guidelines.

• Familiarity with Schedule 2 and 3 controlled drug prescribing regulations.

• GPwER ADHD accreditation or equivalent formal training is preferred.

• Experience in a Right to Choose, private, digital, or remote ADHD service is advantageous.

• Previous consultancy or clinical framework design experience preferred, beyond direct clinical practice.

• Genuine interest in research publication or open access healthcare solutions.

• Authority to approve the clinical framework, Decision Assistant rule sets, prescriber training requirements, and GP communication strategy.

• Capability to perform monthly reviews, provide advice on complex cases, and assist in service refinement based on early patient feedback.

• Clinical and regulatory knowledge based in the UK, including NICE, UKAAN, and MHRA guidelines.
