This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Perform intake assessments to assess Member readiness and identify the suitable level of care.

• Lead group and individual counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.

• Offer crisis support and facilitate appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Keep precise and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Work with clinical supervisors on personalized treatment and discharge planning.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and all pertinent state laws.

• Provide virtual individual and group counseling sessions that promote recovery and wellness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Oregon and deliver telehealth services from an Oregon location.

• Hold an active and verifiable Oregon counseling license: CADC-I, CADC-II, CADC-III, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• All credentials must be validated through the State Board’s website as part of the application process.

• MH license holders are required to complete 120 hours of training before starting.

• Competent in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.

• Enthusiastic about assisting individuals in recovery and fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, mission-driven startup environment.

• Must have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and dependable internet access.
