This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Perform intake assessments to assess Member readiness and identify the suitable level of care.

• Lead group and individual counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.

• Offer crisis support and facilitate relevant referrals as necessary.

• Maintain prompt and precise documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Collaborate with clinical supervisors on personalized treatment and discharge planning.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and applicable state regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently licensed in Arizona.

• Hold an active and verifiable LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LIAC, LACT, or LAAC license; also licensed in your state of residence if it is not Arizona.

• Credentials must be confirmed through the State Board’s website.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.

• A strong commitment to supporting individuals in recovery and fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, mission-driven startup environment.
