This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform intake assessments and assess Member readiness for care.

• Lead virtual individual and group counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.

• Offer crisis support and manage referrals when necessary.

• Ensure timely and precise documentation within the EMR system.

• Work in collaboration with clinical supervisors on treatment planning and discharge processes.

• Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations and relevant state laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted license in New Mexico (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LADAC).

• Experience in working with populations affected by substance use disorders.

• Proficiency in delivering care through telehealth platforms.

• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities.
