This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance the value of clients' Workday investments.
• Offer post-production support for Workday Adaptive Insights modules.
• Comprehend client businesses and needs, and design, configure, and provide customized solutions.
• Plan, configure, test, and execute client specifications in Workday Adaptive modules.
• Facilitate client sessions to collect, understand, and evaluate business requirements.
• Analyze client needs and propose alternative solutions to achieve client objectives.
• Support the testing of Workday Adaptive Insights configurations, share knowledge, and create documentation.
• Implement company methodologies and processes while being flexible to changing client demands.
• Work collaboratively on team projects, suggesting innovative methods for Workday deployment.
• Handle conflicting priorities across multiple clients independently.
• Share insights, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv's perspectives with clients.
• Deliver outputs within set deadlines; provide status updates and escalate issues as necessary.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and apply corrective actions.
• Contribute to the organization's knowledge management system and participate in Workday knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Mentor and coach team members in specific areas of expertise.
• Achieve role KPIs, including utilization, service-level agreements, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in leading and deploying Workday implementations, providing Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a Workday client.
• Proficiency in configuring Workday Adaptive Insights areas such as Reporting & OfficeConnect, Sheet Modeling/Structure Modeling, Security, Integrations (Adaptive), or Power of One Integrations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with customers and colleagues in a remote setting.
• Consulting abilities, including presenting to business partners, developing documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, and clarifying functionalities or solutions to guide stakeholders.
• Experience in implementing complex, practical business solutions within tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Proven dedication to delivering excellence and ensuring client satisfaction; strong focus on client relationships.
• Capability to prioritize and organize work with minimal supervision while managing timelines, deadlines, and objectives.
• Initiative and eagerness to enhance skills within and beyond Workday.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.
• Competence in working within remote teams, alongside clients, and independently.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to frequent changes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to meet travel requirements (less than 5% annually).
• Valid work authorization in India that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.
