This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary coordination point on a daily basis among business stakeholders, brands, functions, Data Partnerships, technical teams from data partners/vendors, and Novartis data engineering teams, including DEO / IM DnA.
• Assist in the technical onboarding process in partnership with DEO by ensuring alignment on data formats, metadata, delivery requirements, catalog contributions, and readiness milestones.
• Offer continuous technical operations support following the go-live phase.
• Oversee data ingestion, verify that data is flowing correctly, monitor pipeline performance, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Keep and manage a centralized tracker for data issues encompassing both technical and business-related concerns.
• Coordinate the resolution of data quality issues among data partners/vendors and internal teams.
• Identify and prioritize risks, escalate recurring problems, and present actionable insights to the Data Partnerships leadership.
• Assist in managing technical relationships at the working level with data partners/vendors.
• Monitor adherence to SLAs and delivery performance, highlighting risks and opportunities for enhancing reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to data, including metadata, data partner/vendor documentation, data asset inventory inputs, catalog updates, onboarding progress, delivery health metrics, and backend process tracking.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• At least 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, data, analytics, data partner/vendor operations, data engineering coordination, or consulting sectors.
• Proven experience in coordinating technical onboarding, managing data partners/vendors, overseeing data delivery, ensuring ingestion readiness, aligning metadata, catalog inputs, file formats, delivery requirements, and operational handoffs.
• Strong comprehension of data quality, data pipelines, issue tracking, SLA management, data partner/vendor documentation, metadata, and data asset inventory processes.
• Capability to coordinate across various business stakeholders, brands, functions, data partners/vendors, Data Partnerships, data engineering, and analytics stakeholders within a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Proficient in managing centralized trackers, operational dashboards, delivery health metrics, recurring issue themes, and performance insights.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to clarify technical issues into understandable operational implications, risks, decisions, and next steps.
