📋 Description

• Deliver ongoing functional assistance to Acumatica clients as part of the Crestwood Support Team.

• Work autonomously to achieve implementation objectives while collaborating effectively with the implementation team to fulfill client business requirements and expectations.

• Organize and prioritize personal calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and calls with clients and Crestwood.

• Act as an Acumatica ERP systems analyst for solution implementations and troubleshooting.

• Implement various Acumatica module suites, including necessary Financials and additional modules like Distribution, Project, Field Service, Manufacturing, and Payroll.

• Carry out comprehensive project implementation activities, such as client introductions, kickoff meetings, training sessions, configuration workshops, data migrations, acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and support.

• Maintain weekly project documentation alongside time and expense entries for project management and invoicing.

• Acquire relevant third-party certifications as necessary.

• Achieve certification and expertise in designated software systems and fulfill required publisher certifications.

• Keep Crestwood team members informed about software functionalities and upcoming features.

• Continuously enhance professional skills through literature, seminars, and training opportunities.

• Engage in team meetings and lunch-and-learn sessions by sharing insights on product releases, new features, tips and tricks, support and bug fixes, and implementation processes.
