Active Sourcing Specialist, Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify specialists and executives from banks and financial institutions.

• Conduct research to locate suitable candidates through XING, LinkedIn, company websites, and other channels.

• Build and sustain candidate and talent pools tailored to specific projects.

• Evaluate candidate profiles for professional qualifications and regional compatibility.

• Develop personalized outreach messages that are specific to target groups.

• Initiate contact and engage with potential candidates through written communication.

• Follow up professionally with promising candidates.

• Organize and schedule interviews and other relevant meetings.

• Methodically document contacts, responses, and subsequent steps.

• Enhance sourcing strategies and search methodologies.

• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for research, profile assessment, sourcing strategies, and candidate outreach.

• Assist in recruiting projects within the banking and financial services sector.

• Directly engage and place specialists, sales professionals, and executives.

• Align suitable candidates with banks, considering both professional qualifications and interpersonal compatibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum of C1 level, preferably C2, both in written and spoken forms.

• Several years of hands-on experience in active sourcing or direct search.

• Strong familiarity with XING and LinkedIn platforms.

• Experience employing various research techniques, Boolean search strings, and candidate databases.

• Capability to comprehend and evaluate different roles and career trajectories within banks.

• Strong affinity for IT and proficient use of Microsoft applications and cloud solutions.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT.

• Previous experience using AI in active sourcing is preferred.

• Highly organized, reliable, and dependable work ethic.

• A significant degree of independence and the ability to consistently carry projects through to completion.

• Experience in recruiting for banks or financial services providers, or training as a bank clerk, is not explicitly required.
