
Acquisition Integrations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee acquisition integration processes from pre-close planning through Day 1 readiness and post-close execution.
• Create and maintain integration timelines, plans, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities for multiple concurrent acquisitions.
• Organize integration meetings, monitor action items, follow up with accountable parties, and ensure stakeholders meet deadlines and commitments.
• Proactively identify risks, delays, and dependencies, escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
• Deliver clear and concise integration status updates to executive leadership.
• Facilitate integration activities across Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and other departments.
• Aid in the operational and logistical transition of newly acquired companies, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption during integration.
• Collaborate with leaders from acquired companies to communicate integration requirements, timelines, processes, and expectations.
• Help pinpoint operational gaps and convert acquisition diligence insights into actionable integration plans.
• Travel to newly acquired companies as necessary to support integration efforts and operational transitions.
• Assist in the transition and alignment of CRM, project management, financial/accounting, document management, and other business systems.
• Coordinate with IT and functional system owners on system-related integration tasks while keeping the focus on overall business and operational integration.
• Maintain and continuously enhance ARP's integration playbook, checklists, templates, trackers, and processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance integration speed, consistency, communication, and accountability.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations, business integration, program management, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Strong preference for experience in supporting acquisitions, integrations, business transitions, implementations, or other complex organizational changes.
• Recent experience in the roofing, construction, exterior home improvement, or skilled trades industry is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong operational and business insight with the ability to comprehend how different functional areas collaborate.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, Monday.com, project/task management tools, and other business systems.
• Knowledge of HRIS/payroll, ERP/accounting, or document-management platforms is a plus.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to respectfully hold stakeholders accountable for commitments and deadlines, even among individuals outside of the direct reporting structure.
• Proactive problem solver capable of anticipating challenges and driving issues toward resolution.
• Comfortable engaging and collaborating directly with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and leadership from acquired companies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to newly acquired companies as required.
