Accounts Receivable Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Report to the AR Manager as the inaugural US-offshore member of the AR Specialist team, operating independently and proactively while relying on the US team for ramp-up assistance.

• Review new and modified customer contracts to confirm that billing terms, pricing, and schedules are accurate.

• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Deal Desk, and Order Management to ensure that order forms and contract terms are accurately reflected in the billing setup.

• Complete vendor setup forms and oversee the vendor portal/PO process setup, which includes conducting verification calls.

• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies raised by customers, coordinating with internal teams to issue credit memos or corrected invoices when necessary.

• Distribute invoices using Tesorio campaigns through the company's AR group email.

• Monitor the AR group email and Tesorio to identify delinquent accounts, manage the dunning process, and implement proactive outreach strategies to expedite the timely collection of aged and high-risk receivables.

• Collaborate across functions with legal, sales, customer success, and accounting leadership as appropriate.

• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting closures, support general operational activities, and contribute to ad hoc projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, showcasing project management capabilities and resolution of large, complex accounts.

• Ability to structure a working schedule to collaborate effectively with a US-based team.

• Practical billing experience, including invoice generation, contract evaluation, and revenue/billing reconciliation.

• Self-driven team player with excellent communication, time management, and prioritization abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

• Proficient in MS Office and GSuite applications.

• Background checks are mandatory.

• Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.

• Experience in the SaaS industry and a solid understanding of essential SaaS metrics such as ARR is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Maxio/SaaSOptics and Tesorio is a plus.
