This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate and assess over 1250 Dealer Customer AR accounts through collection inquiries and efforts conducted via phone and email.
• Investigate billing discrepancies that lead to collection challenges and implement necessary corrections, which may include processing cancellation requests, issuing credits, applying misapplied payments, and writing off debts when appropriate.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to escalate collection issues and convey resolutions.
• Diligently document all interactions on each account.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly collection targets for assigned accounts.
• Prepare credits and/or billing adjustments in accordance with established company protocols.
• Oversee all facets of assigned Accounts Receivable accounts, adhering to company credit and collection guidelines and policies.
• Communicate the root causes of collection issues to relevant departments.
• Provide solutions for collection issues to Management.
• Quickly identify accounts at risk before delinquency becomes unavoidable.
• Engage with external customers, Sales, and internal departments to ascertain root causes and address collection problems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes.
• Familiarity with internet and email protocols.
• Capability to learn various systems utilized for documenting collection efforts (Salesforce, Psoft).
• Ability to meet monthly AR targets set by Management.
• Capacity to analyze AR account trends and proactively address any collection challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
• Familiarity with G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets & Docs).
• Knowledge of Peoplesoft is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience is required, with preference given to related fields.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
