This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Report directly to the Global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense Manager
• Manage high-volume vendor invoice processing
• Execute payment batches while ensuring precise transaction record maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams to address workflow obstacles
• Guarantee accurate coding and prompt invoice approvals
• Conduct proactive checks for duplicate payments
• Reconcile accounts in the general ledger
• Oversee month-end closing activities
• Facilitate vendor onboarding and resolve any documentation discrepancies
• Address inquiries from external vendors
• Review employee expense reports for adherence to company policies
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent practical experience)
• Over 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a full-cycle Accounts Payable position
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, especially its Accounts Payable modules and vendor master data management
• Proficient in Coupa, including CoupaPay, or a comparable Procure-to-Pay platform
• Familiarity with travel and expense tools such as Navan, Ramp, or Brex
• Availability for a full-time schedule
• Must be a resident of Ontario or Alberta
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Not requiring employment visa sponsorship to work legally in Canada
