Accounting Supervisor – Subject-Matter Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist members of the accounting team and facilitate meetings

• Create training modules for staff and clients

• Act as the team's technical reference point

• Conduct intricate advisory sessions

• Resolve matters related to company valuation, complex structures, and enhancing the income of business owners and their enterprises

• Review documents that have previously been assessed and overseen by the teams

• Provide technical oversight for a group of five

• Oversee the daily tracking of tasks via the management system

• Supervise annual financial statements and tax packages

• Assist employees in managing their client files

• Offer advice to clients

• Support small and medium-sized business owners with legal structures, taxation, the owner's social security status, and wealth management strategies

• Communicate via email, chat, video conference, and phone

• Coordinate team meetings and individual check-ins

• Engage in Squads to enhance processes

• Participate in and lead training sessions

• Develop tutorials and videos for clients with assistance from technical experts

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification or background in accounting

• Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role within an accounting firm

• Experience in providing technical support and guidance to accounting personnel

• Enjoyment of interacting with clients

• Excellent interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational capabilities

• Positive working relationships with colleagues
