Accounting & Finance Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Actively source finance and administrative professionals on a daily basis through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

• Evaluate and interview candidates for specific skills relevant to the role, including proficiency in Xero, MYOB, Excel, and reporting.

• Administer and assess evaluations such as Excel and finance software tests.

• Develop and maintain a robust talent pool within the finance and accounting sector.

• Organize and schedule client interviews, manage feedback, and negotiate terms.

• Perform reference and background checks.

• Keep candidate records updated in Workable ATS, and oversee job boards and status tracking in Trello.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal hiring protocols.

• Assist with onboarding and the coordination of documentation.

• Provide support for roles in administration, technology, and customer service when needed.

• Contribute to ongoing process enhancements and strategies for talent engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an agency or remote recruitment setting.

• Previous experience in recruiting for finance-related positions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting.

• Knowledge of Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and fundamental finance functions.

• Strong sourcing abilities using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Advanced skills in stakeholder management and negotiation.

• Highly organized and proactive, with the capability to juggle multiple open positions.

• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in using Workable, Trello, and Google Workspace.
