Accounting and Digital Client Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Educate clients on the usage of the ComptaPlace platform and assist them throughout the onboarding process.

• Forward technical issues to the specialized team when required.

• Deliver customized accounting and tax guidance.

• Aid clients in developing their skills in key accounting and tax topics.

• Collect client feedback and play a role in enhancing their overall experience.

• Gather reviews and feedback on platforms like Google and Trustpilot.

• Foster client loyalty and transform clients into ComptaPlace advocates.

• Maintain client records and manage CRM tools effectively.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in accounting, tax, process management, or customer service.

• Background in B2B services or a related field is advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in project and process management tools.

• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Highly organized and attentive to detail.

• Possess an analytical mindset.

• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
