📋 Description

• Leverage AI-generated Business Development Representatives to identify and reach out to property managers, Homeowners Associations, and commercial clients.

• Implement outbound marketing campaigns through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Assess leads and arrange sales meetings.

• Obtain approvals from Franchisees for business bookings.

• Keep precise CRM records and track activities.

• Work collaboratively with leadership to enhance outreach strategies.
