This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist Service Managers with the daily management of client accounts.
• Prepare for client meetings by providing project updates, tracking outstanding items, and maintaining the status of projects.
• Organize both client and internal meetings, which includes scheduling, coordinating calendars, sending confirmations and reminders, taking meeting notes, and following up on communications.
• Oversee and monitor tasks across various client projects.
• Generate, assign, update, and maintain task instructions, deadlines, and relevant project details.
• Follow up with clients and internal team members regarding outstanding requests, approvals, information, access, content, tasks, and deliverables.
• Keep track of project deadlines and deliverables.
• Identify overdue or at-risk tasks, potential bottlenecks, and other issues, and relay this information to the Service Manager.
• Facilitate collaboration across SEO, web development, content, paid advertising, design, and other internal teams.
• Ensure accurate project documentation is maintained, including task updates, client requests, meeting notes, revisions, approvals, and action items.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and materials for meetings.
• Take responsibility for ensuring commitments, action items, and deliverables are completed.
• Keep client accounts well-organized and progressing.
• Ensure that meetings, follow-ups, client requests, task ownership, deadlines, status updates, and potential delays are effectively managed.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, project coordination, project management, customer success, or a similar capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable reaching out to both clients and internal team members for follow-ups.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines effectively.
• Strong sense of follow-through and accountability.
• Proficient in utilizing project management and communication tools.
• Capable of identifying potential problems before they escalate into larger issues.
• Ability to work independently without the need for constant supervision.
• Professional and confident communication style.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO practices.
• Familiarity with Local SEO and Google Business Profile.
• Understanding of website development principles.
• Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
• Understanding of social media marketing tactics.
• Familiarity with email marketing strategies.
• Understanding of analytics and reporting metrics.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques.
