Account Manager, Paid Social – Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily client relationships for a designated portfolio of clients

• Conduct weekly conference calls, prepare meeting notes, develop roadmaps, and provide status updates

• Act as the primary point of contact and proactively keep clients updated

• Manage delivery priorities, timelines, and hours across the internal team

• Identify scope creep early and ensure work remains within the retainer agreement

• Create innovative strategies, including positioning territories, audience angles, objections, funnel stages, and testing roadmaps

• Write various hook variants, on-screen copy, primary text, and headlines

• Generate numerous unique creative ideas each month

• Brief designers and offer constructive feedback on delivered creative work

• Analyze hook rates, hold rates, frequency, fatigue, and cost per result by concept in Ads Manager

• Clearly communicate performance insights to clients

• Refine successful creative with new hooks, formats, and presentations

• Report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and collaborate with designers, paid media strategists, and the lifecycle team

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in agency account management or client services focused on paid social, particularly with Meta as a primary revenue source

• Experience in eCommerce / DTC (Shopify)

• Proven track record of writing hooks and ad copy that have delivered measurable results

• Experience in briefing designers and facilitating creative feedback processes

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager reporting at both the ad and creative levels

• Strong senior-level client communication skills, including interactions with directors, CMOs, and founders

• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while adhering to hours and retainer agreements

• AI-native working habits; adept at utilizing tools when manual tasks cease to scale
